About this role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in conducting a full-cycle recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to filling job openings.
You will collaborate with each function’s team lead to compile a consistent list of requirements and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
Ultimately, the responsibilities are to ensure our company attracts and hires the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Identify hiring needs, design job descriptions, and source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports.
- Keep abreast of employment law and legislation.
- Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
